| Students will have to choose between the following two possibilities :
1) Oral presentation (beginning of May) of a paper, which should then be handed in on a written form (for the 30th of May or the 16th of August). This (40 to 50 thousands signs long) essay should deal with some topic strongly related to the theme of the seminar and it must take into consideration what has been said at the seminar. The essay must use secondary sources and question the authors it is dealing with. Students will have to discuss the topic of their essay with the teachers at the end of January 2017 (for the latest). A title and abstract of the paper should be handed in before the end of March 2017. 2) Taking part to a workshop on a book and then writing a critical review of this book (25 to 35 thousands signs). This review should question the author's point of view. |
