Learning unit contents :
Different highly specialized teachers are participating to this course dedicated to the  blood transmissible diseases. They are coming from UCL, ULB and ULg.
All transmissible infectious agents are reviewed in this course.
This module takes part of the Master in transfusion medecine organized in collaboration with the three french Belgian universities.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
Knowledge of
-the infectious agents transmissible by blood
-the infectious diseases potentially transmitted
-the diagnostic method useful for the detection of transmissible agents
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
Medical or paramedical certificate
Basic knowledge in Transfusion medecine

Theoretical courses given by specialized teachers.
