The students develop a software program for an application in biology. The details are defined individually for each topic, and will typically be structured as follows:

| At the beginning of the academic year, students initiate contact with the coordinator to organize the assignment of topics to groups as well as the supervision in computer science. A list of topics will be provided by the coordinator but students are encouraged to directly contact members of the concerned faculties to identify a topic (which will then be validated by the coordinator). | |||||
