Learning unit contents :
| The course clarifies the different notions of aesthetics: study of art and study of sensitivity.
It develops a phenomenology of the sensitive approach of landscape in conjunction with the diffferent senses: -Attention to openings in close connection with breathing (Air) -Analyse of rhythms in close relation with hearing (Water) -Approach of grain and textures in close relation with touching (Earth) -Observation of colour and light in close relation with seeing ( Fire) These different sections focus on a joint and multisensory approach of the sensitive landscape. The course emphazises that the landscape architect 's attitude towards projects is necessarily based on a prior responsiveness to the site. |
