Behavioral analysis of economic forces, study of consumer behavior and industrial production.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- Define with appropriate terms the main economic concepts ;
- Understand and explain behaviors and fundamental mechanisms on the level of individual agents (firms, consumers) and markets ;
- Represent graphically the relations between economic variables ;
- Explain with a graph the impact of the variation of an economic variable on another (comparative statics) ;
- Interpret current statistics ;
- Calculate, through simple numerical exercises, economic variables using theoretical models and formulas studied in the class.

Lectures ans tutorials.
Coaching The course includes tutorial sessions and exercises. Several groups are organised, each under the guidance of a student acting as a coach.
