| The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with basic economic mechanisms by analyzing individual behaviour (microeconomics).
The course covers the main topics of microeconomics: theory of demand, theory of production and costs (externalities included), perfect competition, monopoly and so on. |

Learning outcomes of the learning unit :

| At the end of the course, the student will be able, in line with the Key Learning Outcomes:
- to master basic notions of economics (strategy). - to explain and to analyse individual economic behaviour (microeconomics) (strategy); - to understand and to explain, in a critical perspective, the relations between the main economic variables (strategy and control); - to think critically, to be curious and to apply scientific rigour stratedy and adaptability). |
