Learning unit contents :
The course is divided into two parts.
In the first part, Christine Biquet teaches mortgage credit regulation, especially Book VII of the Code of economic law and Directive 2014/17/EU. References are made to the law of obligations, in particular to the concepts of loan, credit, etc.
In the second part of the course, Pierre Joisten teaches how to assemble a mortgage credit file and how to draft a notarized mortgage credit contract.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
Students must be able to understand the different types of mortgage credits as well as to prepare the relevant legal documentation
