Learning unit contents :
This course encompasses the analysis of special issues of judicial law through the review of complex case studies.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
The course aims to provide students with a thourough training in judicial law allowing them to solve most of the issues they may come accross during their professional life but also to acquire a general overview of the stakes at hand.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
Success in the courses : - Les institutions judiciaires (1er bac) - Droit du procès civil (3e bac)

case studies to be prepared and discussed by the students
Slides, personal reading of papers and case-law, outline of the course

A judicial Code up to date is also required.
Assessment methods and criteria :
Permanent assessement throughout the year on the basis of the papers and the oral participation of the students with regard to the case studies.
