At the end of the course, the student should be able to : - Define all the main concepts / principles discussed; - Describe / explain the tools, principles of their functioning and their legal implications; - Make links between the principles of "founders" of environmental law and the tools and sectoral policies; - Recognize certain tools / documents presented during the course.
