| The course presents various techniques used in Structural Biological Chemistry . The various techniques discussed in the course are: Solution NMR, X-ray crystallography, Infrared Spectroscopy, Cryo-electro-microscopy., NMR imaging, molecular modeling. Theoretical aspects are explained on basis of practical results found in the literature | |||||
