The first part of the course will be dedicated to the study of the fundamental properties of the living cells. The second part of the course will be focused on specific properties of animal and plant cells and will introduce crucial knowledge about embrology, genetics and ecology. |
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
| The general and specific key learning objectives for this course will be:
1. Acquire a general and specific knowledge about living cell structure and activities and about the structure of the organisms. 2. Acquire the minimal background that will be mandatory to understand pathology related to malfunction of the cells. 3. Learn about the scientific method by taking part to the practical workshops. |
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
| No specific knowledge other than the backround acquired during the last year of the secondary schools or french baccalaureate is a prerequisite for this course. | ||||||||
