The course of Physiology III includes the following contents:

| The objective of these lectures is to describe the functioning of the different systems of the body, taking into account the peculiarities of the different species of domestic animals. | ||||||||
|
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :

||||||||
| The pre-requisites are disponible on the study programme. | ||||||||

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
|
||||||||
| The practices include seminars, demonstrations, interactive video teaching, functional tests and initiation to experimentation. They are compulsory and require a clean lab jacket, and a stethoscope. | ||||||||
|
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :

||||||||
| The time schedules of the theoretical and practical teachings are available on the valves and on the website of the faculty. Any change is announced orally and on the university portal. | ||||||||

Recommended or required readings :

| The manuscripts and notes are available at the "Office des Cours de la Faculté de Médecine Vétérinaire" (Bât. B42).
The reference books are the "Cunningham's Textbook of Veterinary Physiology, 5th Edition" edited in 2013 by J. Cunningham in W.B. Saunders Company, and for the physiology of reproduction, « Pathways To Pregnancy & Parturition », 3rd ed / Senger, Editeur Current conception. Both books are available at the faculty library. |

Assessment methods and criteria :

| The evaluation of the student is organised as a 2-hour written examination, including multiple choice questions and open questions with short answers. | ||||||||
