Risk analysis related to emerging diseases:
- Qualitative risk analysis
- Semi-quantitative risk analysis
- Quantitative risk analysis
- Deterministic and probabilistic approach
- Prioritization of disease-producing animals food and zoonoses
Learning outcomes of the course :
Provide understand and participate in an exercise in risk analysis for an emerging disease.
Understand the need for an interdisciplinary approach.
Know the difference between a deterministic approach and a probabilistic approach.

Basics of infectious diseases.
