Course contents :
Part I : Sterile Unit and Transfusion
The students must acquire all the skill and competencies to transfuse the patients in the safer way and to monitore the blood transfusion at short and medium term.
In the first part all the adverse reactions are reviewed, followed by the actions to take in case of complications.
In the second part, the study of the Belgian Haemovigilance organisation and the legal context allows to equip students for their future practice.
