Course contents :
One year placement (training course) in radiophysics of nuclear medicine and writing of a placement report as defined by the belgian law (Royal Decree 04/26/2012).
Learning outcomes of the course :
At the end of this course, the student has completed the legally requested placement (training course) requested by the belgian regulations in order to ask for the first approval as expert in radiophysics in the nuclear medicine field.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
Master in Physics, option medical physics as delivered by the University of Liège or equivalent diploma.

Placement (training course) in clinics.

Practical training and personnal readings.
Recommended or required readings :
Assessment methods and criteria :
Placement report as described in the belgian law (Royal Decree 04/26/2012). The report will be evaluated by the placement supervisor and the course coordinator.

The candidate should help in the search of the placement supervisor(s). However the choice is not free and any supervisor should be agreed by the course coordinator.
