Course contents :

| Students will do a placement (9 ECTS) during the second year of the master's degree in human resources management. At the same time, they will also write a dissertation (15 ECTS).
During this seminar, students will acquire the tools and resources (methodological, theoretical, technical, etc.) they can use within the framework of these different pieces of work. The course is organised around two key areas of work. The first one is devoted to the placement and, more particularly, the elaboration of a placement plan. The aim is to help students in their decision on their choice of placement (and dissertation) so that these choices will provide opportunities for their future career. For this purpose, students are required to:

Learning outcomes of the course :

| To develop skills in students in terms of methodology and research so that they can succeed in their work, both in their placement and their dissertation. The aim is therefore to offer students a technical and theoretical background allowing them to succeed in both projects, i.e. the placement and the dissertation. | |||||
