-       To deepen some current public health topics
-       To develop critical thinking in the public health approach
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
The whole of the cursus of the Public Health Sciences Master
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Students will have to attend 4 public health seminars at their own initiative and choice. A work of reflexive analysis of one page per conference has to be produced discussing the contribution of this conference to the knowledge or approach of public health and to the interest towards the student's specific specialisation.

Assessment methods and criteria :
The mark of this course will reflect the quality of the written reflexive report of the 4 seminars. The report will have to be handed in no later than 13/05/2016 per e -mail at the following addresses:
No extension will be allowed. All work submitted beyond the deadline will receive a final mark of 0/20. Students will be assessed on the following educational criteria : critical thinking, conferences originality, relationship with public health/specialisation, spelling, written scientific style, personal contribution, conferences diversity.

The instructions for this work will be given at the end of the Clinical Epidemiology course given by Professor BRUYERE on the 01/10/2015 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
