Learning outcomes of the course :
Students who complete the course will be able to integrate into a team and provide theoretical contributions and links between theory and practice at each step of the patient's therapeutic education (PTE) process for the treatment of chronic patients: announcement, introduction, diagnosis of educational needs, negociation of PTE goals, programming of the PTE, design of the teaching and learning interventions (events), behaviour monitoring, PTE evaluation.
