Course contents :
The objective is twofold:
  • to present the objectives of experimental neuropsychology, with a particular focus on the methods and interpretative approach of cognitive neuropsychology;
  • to present the scope of practice of clinical neuropsychology and introduce students to the general principles of assessment and rehabilitation of brain-damaged patients. Semiology of the main neuropsychological disorders are also presented.

Learning outcomes of the course :
Introduction to the activities of the clinical neuropsychologist and to the general principles of the assessment and rehabilitation of brain-damaged patients. Teaching of the semiologies of the main neuropsychological conditions.
