Course contents :
| Soft Matter includes a wide variety of physical states between the solids and the liquids: colloids, polymers, granular materials... In this course, we will analyse the simulation methods related to soft matter physics. | |||||||||||||||||
Learning outcomes of the course :
| After this course, the student will be able:
- to use the numerical methods presented in the course: the event-driven, the molecular dynamics and the contact dynamics, - to confront numerical and experimental results, - to adapt a code or to use an existing library to study an original system related to Soft Matter. |
