Learning outcomes of the course :
|
|||||||||||||||||
| The aim of the lectures is to depper study the physics of complex fluides by drawing a link between the macroscopic and microscopic properties of such fluids. Starting with a newtonian fluid, particles are added and their effect on the global viscosity of obtained. Former famous studies of Einstein, Langevain, de Gennes, Stokes... are followed and presented. | |||||||||||||||||
