Course contents :
Urban Farming
This course will first describe the benefits brought by urban agriculture in the point of view of a sustainable development.
Urban agriculture typologies  and production techniques (soiless culures, hydropony and aquapony) adapted to an urban environment will be explained.
A practical project will also being made where students will have to chose the adapted techniques to use in the context of several concrete building projects.

Urban Farming
1: To know forms and typologies of urban agriculture
2:To know the benefits of the various forms of urban agriculture and their use depending on the people and on the building project and function
3: To know production techniques in order to be able to communicate with urban agriculture and estate profession specialists
4: To apply and integrate knowledges to a building project
