Urban Farming

| This course will first describe the benefits brought by urban agriculture in the point of view of a sustainable development.
Urban agriculture typologies and production techniques (soiless culures, hydropony and aquapony) adapted to an urban environment will be explained. A practical project will also being made where students will have to chose the adapted techniques to use in the context of several concrete building projects. |
