| This course browses the different approaches explored to develop new drugs. Students are expected to become familiar with the different problems encountered during the design of new drugs. | ||||||||

| At the end of the cursus, students are expected to understand the different concepts used to discover and develop new drugs. | ||||||||

| Basic notions in pharmacology and in physio(patho)logy. | ||||||||

| The course is given according to the 'flipped classroom' concept. After a first part through e-learning, problem-based learning will be proposed to the students. | ||||||||

| The course is divided in two parts:
The first one is achieved on line, using eCampus. During the second part, dedicated to the PBL, students are expected to be present in the classroom to solve the problems. |

| A first meeting is scheduled before the online session. The classroom used for the PBL is located at the 5th level of the B36 building (Tr #4 of the 'CHU') in the meeting room of the Medicinal Chemistry Lab. | ||||||||
