Course contents :
The author to be read in this biennial class (odd years) can vary each time. During the academic year 2015-2016 fragments of Callimachus' poetical work will be read, explained, translated and commented on. There is no private reading.
Learning outcomes of the course :
Linguistic training, illustrating the main literary genres as well as Greek civilisation and stimulating the reading of Greek authors.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
Very good knowledge of Ancient Greek.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Personal preparation is required each week.
