Course contents :

| This course is partially based on the textbook "Unternehmen Deutsch" and introduces students to vocationally relevant vocabulary (business vocabulary, making arrangements, negotiating, how to apply for a job in Germany, working in Germany, communication on the job, intercultural skills...)
The other part of the course consists in an introduction to scientific vocabulary. It aims at consolidating the vocabulary as well as the structures used in scientific texts. Course of CERL-level B2 (B1 for speaking). |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| This course has the following objectives:
1. It aims at developing all four language skills as far as general, as well as vocationally relevant language is concerned. It offers a wide range of activities such as reading and writing activities, listening comprehension exercises and role-plays. This course is designed to help students express themselves on a wide-range of subjects and in situations that are specific to the business world. 2. It also aims at introducing students to scientific vocabulary and consolidating those language structures which are essential to understanding scientific texts. 3.
