| The thesis is a research paper, that is, a written document, that meets the criteria for a scientific contribution, through which the student demonstrates his or her critical thinking. | ||||||||||||||

| This thesis should be interdisciplinary. Consequently, the student is required to both investigate a legal issue in depth and consider a general management issue, the emphasis being, nonetheless, on the core discipline of the student's Master's. | ||||||||||||||
