Course contents :
Competitions or international meetings
The test consists of participation in an international moot court or an international event bringing the student to demonstrate orally and/or in writing of its legal powers.
Internship
Training course in occupational environment of a duration of 90 hours.Master of training course has to be a jurist.
The training course is followed by a teacher.
The student has to draft a reportof training course.
Interdisciplinary casus test
The test consists of a written based on one or several interdisciplinary casus review. The casus posed inspired practice implement the legal reasoning skills of students and their general legal knowledge covering several disciplines. The expected student response is not to demonstrate the extent of their knowledge, but their thinking skills and their ability to décler from elements of facts, legal issues that should be asked to solve the case.
Learning outcomes of the course :

The student learns to mobilize their knowledge and legal skills in a situation of public assistance, usually inspired by practical casus.
Internship
The student has to have: - Exercised and developed his legal editorial skills in a professional frame; - Acquired a perception concretizes of the practice professional of a jurist; - Put compared to this practice the theoretical knowledge acquired during this studies and developed an approach criticizes of this confrontation.
Interdisciplinary casus test
The objective of the training is to equip students, future professionals of law, interdisciplinary thinking, focusing on practice. This is the result in the simultaneous implementation of several rules from several branches of law and to acquire the skills needed to make the identification of relevant issues reflexes.

The test comes in graduation and mobilizes all the skills acquired during studies
It is recommended to attend the training on oral communication and argumentation for the business as a lawyer, Professor Daniel Faulx.
Internship
The student must have done the training course in the written communication organized in 1th year of the Master's degree

Students are coached by the teacher and assistant service.
Internship
The training course is not an internship of observation. The student must be brought to work on cases, to make tasks and to draft documents with legal reach.
Interdisciplinary casus test
Training sessions at the event are held in the seminar  DROI1302-1 in 1st and DROI1303-1 in  2nd year of the Master.

The performances of the training course must be made during the academic year until April 30th at the latest.
Deadline for the report of training cours : - The 1st opening day of May for the 1st session - The 3rd Monday of August for the 2nd session
A single printed and connected copy, at the secretary of dean and a copy send by mail at master.droit@ulg.ac.be
The oral interview with the teacher is compulsory.
