Course contents :

| The course covers five mechanisms of the Roman law system which realize conveyance of rights without compensation. The five mechanisms include the idea of gratuitousness and several exceptions to the general system. | ||||||||

Learning outcomes of the course :

| This course aims at displaying the general economy of the decedent's estate law and liberalities but also at showing the standards that inspired the lawmaker for each exception to the system. | ||||||||

Prerequisite knowledge and skills :

| The main purpose of the course involves the knowledge of "the Obligation Theory and the contract ". Recalls of these subjects are made during the lectures. | ||||||||
