Course contents :
The training is designed to prepare students for the written test interdisciplinary casus, as part of their work for graduation.
The casus posed inspired practice implement the legal reasoning skills of students and their general legal knowledge covering several disciplines (compulsory courses of bac and master)
The expected student response is not to demonstrate the extent of their knowledge, but their thinking skills and their ability to décler from elements of facts, legal issues that should be asked to solve the case.
Learning outcomes of the course :
The objective of the training is to equip students, future professionals of law, interdisciplinary thinking, focusing on practice. This is the result in the simultaneous implementation of several rules from several branches of law and to acquire the skills needed to make the identification of relevant issues reflexes.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
Required courses of Bachelor and Master of Law. The final round takes place at the end of the second year of the master.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Training sessions at the event are held in the seminar DROI1302-1 (bloc 1) in 1st year and DROI1303-1 in  2nd year of the Master. Casus are posted on myUlg before each session. Students prepare in teams.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
There is no examination. Under the Working graduation, the event takes place in the form of a written examination set for the June session. Students are not allowed to dispose of their codes during the final test.

Assessment methods and criteria :
The event comes to the overall score in 2/15e Labour graduation.

10h sessions are organized for students of 1st year of the master and 10h other sessions for the second year of the master.
Students who went to Erasmus stay in 1st year of the master may attend all sessions during the 2d year.
The sessions are required. The casus are processed and presented in groups of 4 to 6 students.
