| With this course, students will:
a) think about the effects of the consumption of psychoactive drugs on a person's criminal trajectory b) engage in a critical reflection on the main conceptual models that attempt to explain the relationship between drugs and crime c) consider the limits of intervention and the right to intervene with addicts who are in the legal system d) engage in a critical reflection on political and legal intervetion in the field of drugs, and on possible alternatives e) think about the criminologist's role with regards to interventions with addicts |
