Course contents :
The course addresses the different cutaneous adverse effects, possibly induced by using cosmetics. Clinical aspects and physiopathogenic mechanisms are described. The most frequently involved molecules and cosmetic products are detailed, as well as a series of tests susceptible to demonstrate the implication of any causative agent in cutaneous reactions.

Learning outcomes of the course :
To be able to recognize cosmetic ingredients with a risk for cutaneous adverse effect.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
Notions of cutaneous physiology and histology.

Theoretical course with active participation by the students.
