Course contents :
The course deals with various aspects of structural biology for which the NMR provides essential information such as : Solution structure dynamic Interraction of all kinds Protein folding intrinsically disordered proteins The different concepts of NMR and NMR techniques are seen according to the different aspects of structural biology considered. The course is given in English

Understand how NMR contributes to the understanding of proteins and their function
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
structure of proteins General biochemistry Basic knowledge of chemistry and physics . Fundamentals of spectroscopy
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
course based on examples from the literature on applications of protein NMR biliopraphic research on recent work in protein NMR Demonstration of protein NMR experiments on the NMR spectrometer .
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
The course schedule will be determined with the students according to the availabilities of each and the availability of the spectrometer.
