Course contents :
This course of Introduction to Systems Biology presents many methods of inference and validation of metabolic, transcriptomic, proteins and neural networks out of NGS data.
Learning outcomes of the course :
The objective of this course is to 1) master and 2) be able to use simple methods of biological systems modelisation and analysis.

Assessment methods and criteria :
An R project illustrating some methods seen in class will be asked for 25% of the final grades.
An oral presentation of a systems biology article will be the remaining 75% of the points. Questions related to other methods from the course will also be asked during the oral presentation.
