| Objective
The objective of this course is to introduce students to tools required to conduct research in economics. |

| At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- find and synthesize the relevant scientific literature relate to a particular topic - understand and critically appraise both theoretical and empirical scientific papers - formulate a research question, carry out research and communicate findings effectively |

| This course is only open to students who have followed and successfully passed all the compulsory courses of the first year of the Master in Economics. | ||||||||

Modalités d'évaluation et critères :

| The evaluation will be based on the attendance at seminars in economics (20%), readings (30%) as well as the research paper written and presented by the student (50%). | ||||||||
