Course contents :  
Three sessions are devoted to a detailed analysis of the digital information processing. This analysis is achieved through a mixture of theoretical introductions, exercises collection materials and examples from the experience of participants and summaries.
Four sessions are devoted to individual or group activities to educational purpose, presentation of the work linked with them and debates
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The course aims to help the student to quickly control any ICT tool or service which would seem relevant to integrate into educational scenarios.
The student will be able to:
  • identify invariant concepts and principles of a category of ICT tools and services dedicated to a particular digital information processing;
  • imagine operational objectives, activities and assessment in relation to the acquisition of each of these concepts and principles;
  • build, for students and from these invariant elements, a description of the ICT tool or service;
  • analyze a device dedicated to ICT skills through its operational objectives, activities and evaluation proposed.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
The three sessions (1st semester) will enable students both to supplement their knowledge in the field of digital information processing and to live educational experiences that will give something to think about for the sessions of the second semester.
The sessions of the second semester will develop a methodology and techniques in pursuit of the objectives of the course (see above).
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The sessions are organized in face-to-face and include group sessions and the presentation of some works.
Students benefit from the support of a platform to collaborate remotely.
Many other ICT tools will be used during activities in order to looking for more value and efficiency.

The course is scheduled on Saturday, from 9h to 17h.

The course is not mandatory. However, the teaching method used exemplifies the course ICT didactics. This experience is interesting, even for an "expert" in ICT.
Students are fully responsible for their learning. If they feel they do not need this course, they are free not to attend. If they wish to attend course only partially, a personnal program is possible. In all cases, students are invited to discuss with the responsibles of the course before course begins.
