Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| The course presents the different techniques of in vitro culture involved in plant breeding and plant propagation.
After completing the course, the student will be able to use its knowledge of the main in vitro techniques applied to plant breeding and to plant protection in order to :
1. Measure the potentialities as well as the technological and economic limits of the in vitro culture techniques in their various fields of application (plant breeding, mass propagation of healthy seed and plants)
2. To understand the industrial strategies adopted by the operators concerned (breeder, propagator, pathologists) and their integration with the systems of production of the crop |
