Course contents :  
The course aims at familiarizing the learner with the molecular mechanisms of "sensing" nosogen agents, with transduction mechanisms, integration of information and design of molecular responses. Part of the course is devoted to the technologies of molecular diagnostics.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Understanding the molecular mechanics underlying the host responses to aggression.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
The course is rated for students with a medical or veterinary training.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Synthesis of documents and its public restitution.
