| This course aims to teach the learners the tools for the implementation of the etiological diagnosis by using animal samples.
The practical part is linked with the research topic. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| At the end of the course, the student is supposed to know the techniques avalaible to develop an etiological diagnosis and the essential prerequisites for the implementation of these techniques. |

| The theorical course in the second cycle regarding the animal diseases and their expression both ante and postmortem as well as their etiology and pathogenesis. |
