participation to the activities in companion animal internal medicine
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Improved knowledge in the different subspecialties of internal medicine, improved management of difficult cases, better management of techniques preparation for the residency in internal medicine (european diploma)
initiaition to first line consultation, in a first-opinion practice with social aim.  
initiation to clinical teaching
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Candidates are trained by multiple specialists. Teaching to second cycle students is continuous; therefore the candidate gains pedagogic experience
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
The candidate will be supervised by specialists, and integrated in a team.
The candidate will also participate in the training of  second cycle students, in the CVU as in a social first-opinion practice
The candidate will be accompanied by a promotor throughout the year
