participation to clinical work in the the emergency critical care and hospitalization unit
Learning outcomes of the course :  
good knowledge of techniques related to emergency, critical care and hospitalization preparation for the residency in emergency, critical care (european diploma) initiation to clinical teaching clinical and teachning activities at a first line clinic Seraing Dispensaire Fondtion Prince Laurent)
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
The candidate has to hold a diploma in veterinary medicine and a complementary master in specialized veterinary medicine (applied clinical science) or have performed a clinical internship (of at least one year duration) that is deemed equivalent.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
The candidate will benefit from teaching moments during complete immersion with specialists in the clinical field. Part of a multidisciplinar qualified team the candidate will be able to integrate theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
During the practical and clinical activities, the candidate will be accompanied by students from the second cycle, which will imply that the candidate will acquier didactical and pedagogical skills to help training these students.
In order to ensure an adequate supervision during the entire training period, the candidate will be assigned to a tutor.
