Course contents :  
The seminar focuses on field research about environmental diagnosis of a region.
It includes :
- e theoretical approach of "patrimonial" auditing method
- a field research on a small region
- writing a collective report
Learning outcomes of the course :  
1. Theoretical an practical skills of "patrimonial audit"
2. Ability to conduct field research
3. Analysis and synthesis of research results
4. Ability to team work.

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Part 1
Lectures on "patrimonial audit".
Desk analysis on the case study.
Definition of themes to be studied, of actors to be interviewed, appointments)
Part 2
Field inquiry in the case region. Students meet - alone or by group- local actors.
The group discuss results each day?
Part 3.
Synthesis of research results. Writing of the report.

Assessment methods and criteria :  
Evaluation will be made:
- on the active participation of the student in the field research
- on the final report
It will be completed by an individual discussion with the professor.

This seminar is a residential one and implies travelling to a same French region for one week. Students will particiupate to the accomodation and travel costs (about 100 euros).
