Advanced experimental strategies to characterize photosynthetic and respiratory electron and proton fluxes (spectrophotometry, oxymetry, fluorometry).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Fine understanding of Mitchell's chemiosmotic theory though experimental methods for investigating mitochondrial respiration and chloroplastic photosynthesis.
