Course contents :  
Methods in vivo and in vitro concerning gastrointestinal tract brings to 2nd year students in Biomedical Sciences Master some practical information regarding the experimental study of the gastrointestinal tract.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Main aims of the teaching can be:
- Gastric cell models - Pancreatic cell models - Intestinal cell models - Measure of digestive motility - Enzymatic assays in the GIT: methods, interpretation and applications - In vivo methods for macromolecular intestinal permeability assays - Ex vivo and in vitro methods for macromolecular intestinal permeability assays - Analysis of intestinal integrity - Analysis of colic flora The topics will be defined regarding student interests.

Biology of the gastrointestinal tract and nutrition
