| Methods in vivo and in vitro concerning gastrointestinal tract brings to 2nd year students in Biomedical Sciences Master some practical information regarding the experimental study of the gastrointestinal tract. |

- Gastric cell models
- Pancreatic cell models
- Intestinal cell models
- Measure of digestive motility
- Enzymatic assays in the GIT: methods, interpretation and applications
- In vivo methods for macromolecular intestinal permeability assays
- Ex vivo and in vitro methods for macromolecular intestinal permeability assays
- Analysis of intestinal integrity
- Analysis of colic flora
The topics will be defined regarding student interests. |
