Course contents :  
This aim of this class is to make the student familiar with a current theoretical debate in psychological sciences (for instance, the importance of the evolutionary perspective in psychology; the contribution of neuroimagery to our understanding of mind).

Helping the student to more deeply understand a specific theoretical topic.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
None.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
No.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Students present a talk on a specific current theoretical issue (about max 45 minutes) and have to write an essay of approximately 20 pages on this topic.
Recommended or required readings :  
One chapter or a review paper presenting a quick overview of the field and 2-3 empirical papers to present.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
General quality of the oral presentation, content integration, and clarity.
