Substances emerging from pharmacochemical research, part a

The course comprises two parts. The first part is devoted to the presentation of the main strategies used to discover new drugs at the level of the pharmaceutical industry (use of biological informations, systematic screening, improvement of existing drugs, rational drug design). The second part is dedicated to the presentation of concrete examples of drug discovery (more specifically drugs resulting from Industry-University collaborations).
