Course contents :  
5 seminars with 4 hinged to an course they give. 1. What are the objectives of my course? How are they concretely reflected in my practice and how are they communicated to students? How to motivate students? 2. How to build your course? Selection of the content - organization of content - the distribution of this content inside the course - writing course notes 3. What methods and teaching techniques to use or to be used? Methods: magistral or active Techniques: audio-visual aids, practical exercises, group work, games, work outside the classroom, project teaching ... Are these methods and techniques they consistent with the objectives? What about e-learning? 4. How to evaluate students on this course? Types of evaluation Selected tools Is the assessment consistent with the objectives and learning in place? What about the blank exams and standardized tests? 5. What are the links between research and teaching? What types of research to conduct with students in higher education? How to integrate the results of personal research in education? Pratical part (10h) Implementing an innovation in its business practices in developing one or more skills under the Capaes Decree.

Making the candidates reflect on their practices through presentations and exchanges. Carry out a project

Assessment methods and criteria :  
The evaluation focuses on the innovative project implemented in the context of practical course linked with this teaching. This project aims to develop one or more professional skills provided for in CAPAES Decree. An evaluation gird with criteria is used and the project is evaluated by both the candidate and the teacher.
