Course contents :  
Sociopolitical questions in higher education. Topics change every year according to the news agenda, the ressources and the tools.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The course has two purposes:
- to trigger participants' reflection on sociopolitical issues of importance for higher education;
- to invite participants to use some digital information and communication technologies in order to gather and share their thoughts on these issues.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Organized around a bunch of digital resources (scientific articles, news articles, online conferences, blogs, digital apps) and around structured inquiries and reflection, the course invites participants to take a personal and critical stance upon several dynamics and challenges which are currently transforming higher education in Belgium, in Europe and worldwide.

This course is organized fully online.

Assessment methods and criteria :  
The course takes fully place at a distance. It fosters individual reflection and interactions with peers and trainers. The completion of the requested activities along with the active participation to the collective debate form the evaluation criteria of the success in the course.
