Course contents :  
History of the discipline, introduction to the documentation, presentation of the rules of publishing and of the reference publications, introduction to the bibliographical research.

Presentation of the history of the discipline and of the assyriological research, introduction to the publishing work and bibliographical research.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
To have attended the lecture entitled "Assyro-Babylonian I" during the 1st year of study.

Exercice sessions on the assyriological literature.
