The listening comprehension consists in:
- listening and understanding several audio documents
The reading comprehension consists in:
- reading and understanding articles from the newspaper 'Wablieft'
The oral expression consists in:
- questions and answers
- roleplays
- small debates
The writing expression consists in:
- composing small texts |

Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| Being able to use Dutch as an everyday language as well as the basic structures of the Dutch language.
This course aims at developing the four language skills: listening and reading comprehension, oral and written expression, with particular emphasis on oral expression. |

Assessment methods and criteria :

| Continuous evaluation:
- for the small discussions (1/10)
Exams:
- written exam (30%): vocabulary and grammar exercises,
- listening comprehension (20%),
- reading comprehension (10%)
- writing expression (10%)
- oral exam (30%): press file of articles from Wablieft (20%)
+ continuous assessment (10%)
NB: A student who does not present one of the tests, obtains 0/20 as a global mark. |
