Course contents :  
The aim of this course is to improve the knowledge and the know-how acquired by the student, on a linguistic level (structures, specific vocabulary) and in the understanding of German (business-) culture.

Taught in German - and in French for grammar explanations
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The aim to achieve at the end of the academic year is B2/B2+
Learning of specific vocabulary
Information about business life in Germany, including several intercultural aspects.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Having passed the exam for advanced students in the 2nd bachelor's degree or having european B1 level
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Discovering different aspects of business life in Germany (vocabulary, cultural and economical aspects).
Exercises in the multi-media lab, on line exercises (Lola) and work to do in class or at home to improve the 4 skills (writing, reading, speaking and understanding).
Debates; presentations.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
80 h lectures in the class-room and homework.

Assessment methods and criteria :  
Tests during the year (at least once a month) , written exam in january and written and oral exam at the end of the year
Students have to take all the different parts of the examination, otherwise the final mark will be 0/20
